Financial targets

Catena has defined three financial targets for its operations over a complete business cycle.

• The return on shareholders' equity must exceed the risk-free interest rate by not less than 5 percentage points. 1)
• The interest coverage ratio must be no less than 1.75.
• The equity/assets ratio must not be lower than 25 and not higher than 35%.

1) Risk-free interest is defined as interest on a five-year Swedish Government bond.
