Catena and the City of Solna initiate consultations regarding programme at the Stora Frösunda block

 
Catena and the City of Solna’s work on a new detailed development plan for a section of the Stora Frösunda block, which commenced in the first quarter of 2010, is proceeding as planned. A car facility comprising about 40,000 square metres is currently situated on the property. 

The new project proposal encompasses about 1,000 apartments and some 50,000 square metres of office space and space for business operations. Plans include a new car facility.

The area covered by the programme, which is the first phase of the detail development planning work, will be under way between 24 May and 16 August.
