CEO’s comments:

"On final settlement, the sale of the Norwegian properties and one property in Denmark generated a capital gain of SEK 57.2m. For remaining properties, rental revenue for the first six months increased by about SEK 2m. Catena’s future focus will be on metropolitan regions in the Swedish market and on continuing to add value to the existing portfolio."
