CEO’s comments:

"Catena's future focus is on the development of the remaining properties in Stora Frösunda, Solna, where building rights for housing, offices and commercial premises will be created when the new zoning plan for the area is approved. The total building right is anticipated to be approximately 1,000 apartments and 50,000 square meters of commercial area."
